Kesar Kulfi |

Ingredients |
1 1/2liter milk
1 big spoon milk powder
1 1/2 cup suger
1/4 tsp kesar
1/2 tsp cardamoms powder (elaichi)
kulfi moulds
1/4 tsp stabilizer powder |

Directions |
1.Boil the milk for about 45 min
2.Mix the milk powder in 1 1/2 cup of cold milk properly
3.Add the above mixture in boiling milk
4.Add sugar and again boil the milk for 10-15min
5.Allow the milk to cool without cream formation
6.Add all the powders with continuous stirring in moulds
7.Allow mixture to set
8.Your kesar kulfi is ready
