1. Boil the milk in a bowl. After heating the milk add a drop of citeric acid.
2. Once the milk is curdled, take a thin cloth & put the curdled milk in the cloth.
3. Take the chena or paneer which remains in the cloth & make 16 round pieces.
4. Soak in the sugar syrup for 15 minutes at high temperature. Serve with sugar syrupled Rasgulla ready
